Friend:

The Friend system will be unlocked after reaching Lv 60.

Chat:

1. Chat unlocks at Lv.60. Players can speak in the World channel with an interval of 3 seconds between messages.

2. Players who have joined a Guild can speak in the Guild channel.

3. Chat is at the bottom of the main page. Click on it to start chatting.
